An AI-powered call-agent system where a human-like bot answers inbound calls, handles routine interactions, and seamlessly hands off to humans when needed — designed to reduce human load and speed up service.
Challenge
Build a voice-first agent that sounds natural, understands caller intent across multiple domains, and integrates with existing call-routing & CRM systems while maintaining low latency and reliable fallbacks.
Solution
Developed a real-time voice pipeline with intent classification, multi-domain routing, and CRM integration. Built on AWS with Kubernetes for auto-scaling and PostgreSQL for session management.
